Tech support is the worst for Datalot. It seems like everyday it logs us out automatically and we have to reset the password. I call everytime to fix the problem and all they say is "no one else is having this issue". They ask if we want another password sent to us as always. This is not professional at all.

As a new independent agent I did a lot of searching online for a reliable lead source and also got bombarded with calls for weeks of companies trying to set me up with them. Datalot is very flexible and lets you create your own price point, timing, lead quality and more with the use of their website. Shane has been a tremendous help from day one with getting my account set up as well as quick response times on any/all questions I email him even three months later after my accounts been going. They run great promotions and referral deals as well and the live transfers beat cold calling any day!!
