They lead quality is solid and they are fair with returns. The customer service is also great and having a dedicated account manager is a tremendous asset.

They could be a little bit better on refunds when people hang up on you. They could also work on screening calls so if the person on the phone hears your insurance company and they have you already, that person should not be transferred to you to quote. Other than that, they are one of a kind.
