Product niet geleverd. Post.nl stuurt melding levering uiterlijk 30-01 met code maar is niet afgeleverd. Gisteren melding dat pakket nog niet gearriveerd is en niet te vinden op track en trace code. Weg verjaardagsgeschenk besteld op 24 -01.
Op de site staat levering europa 4-6 dagen. 27 jan.09.40 uur verzonden. Daarbij krijg ik 30-01 melding met track&trace code dat product bij Post.nl ligt maar nog niet bezorgd is bij afhaalpunt. Dag erna melding dat product nog niet aangekomen is. Wat is waarheid?
