I had to return an item, and was told I had to pay for shipping. The customer should not have to pay for shipping to return an item.

Very nice quality and the bracelet looks great. Only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because I find it to be pretty small. It's listed as "one size fits all", but I'd have to disagree with that. Pay attention to the sizes listed in the description. I wear a 7.5" bracelet, which is fairly small compared to the measurements stated in the description, so the bracelet fits comfortably; but, it's tight slipping it over my hand when fully opened up. Thank goodness my hand isn't bigger, otherwise I probably would have had to return it.

If the width of your hand is greater than 9" at the largest part, it may not fit you.
