"Slow service"
My buggy arrived a week after ordering after emailing twice and Facebook msging the company I found it hard to get a response. I can understand it is, always hard to keep to the delivery times provided but an email back would have been appreciated.
To my disappointment the raincover was not in the package. They were quick to advise they would get one out to me but it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed again today to ask for tracking hopefully I will get an update regarding this.
I did feel that the Bugaboo Bee I ordered was more worn and scratched then had been described on the page. On the frame there were a few stickers but looking at the photos they were missing! Clever the close ups focused on the cleaner parts of the buggy rather than the scratches on the frame and the tears and stains in the hood. I have now decided to spend an additional £40 on a new hood directly from bugaboo and looking to get the frame vinyl wrapped from an additional company. The buggy does push like a dream and is really light compact but I do feel a little deflated by the service and the quality that was advertised.

Recently purchased a bugaboo Cameleon pushchair.. I wanted it as a spare and for more off road but I’m so impressed I now use it all the time. So impressed with the condition, very nearly new apart from a few scratches on the frame which it was advertised with! I’ve got a Bargain for a designer popular pram for a fraction of the price.. it was also so clean it smelt like new. I will use this company again. Thanks so much

"It took a week for the buggy to be…"
It took a week for the buggy to be posted to me. The delivery man arrived after 5 PM, I wasn't home and it proved very hard to reschedule. They didn't attempt on the day we agreed on and I ended up picking the buggy up from depot. It was quite far from "nearly new" and was missing the bumper bar (lost in transit). I'm still trying to get the company to send me a replacement bumper bar.

Buggy arrived on time after someone very kindly called me to arrange delivery and make sure I would be in. Great quality and condition, and it had obviously been cleaned and serviced to a very high standard. Some instructions (or at least a link emailed as to where to download them) would have been useful though when setting it up!

Buggy was poorly packaged for transport and very dirty when received. It had not been cleaned before sending and there were big holes in the basket that weren't mentioned or stitched up before sending. I was offered a partial refund (£15) so 10% off original price. I had to clean the buggy myself and mend the basket.

Very happy with my buggy, its exactly as described. Excellent prompt service, I wasn't sure which one to order and the staff where really helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I didnt spend an extra £500 on the price of a new one - I got so much more for my money.
The website is really easy to use too. As a bonus, I feel great that I am doing my bit for the environment!
