Emblem Enterprises took immediate action to correct a problem with a product we had ordered. They went above and beyond what we hoped they would do to fix immediately fix our issue. This level of customer service is almost unheard of nowadays.

The final product was good. On one patrol patch, the approved artwork did not match the delivered patch. Emblem corrected the error and remade the patches. Very pleased with the final product.
