They were such a help in obtaining me and my partner a last minute visa. Even though I paid for a 4 hour visa service, my flight was taking place prior to that. They assisted in getting us the visa before our departure, well within time. They maintained communication throughout the process (via whatsapp messages) with any necessary documents/information needed. They emailed us the visas and sent us information of the following steps upon our arrival to Vietnam. If u find yourself in the same situation as I did, please dont hesitate to contact them.

I'm happy I went with this service. The communication and feedback were excellent. I paid a bit extra to use this service, while my husband went through the official government website. He is still waiting for his visa (they kicked it back but he doesn't know why because they do not communicate what the issue is) while I received mine last week. It only took a few business days and what a relief to have it a month before my trip. I will convince my husband to use this service since the official site will not communicate with him.
