"I was quite skeptical but they are legit!"

I was quite skeptical as the airport staff were unable to tell if emergency-online-visa services were actually a thing; however, I contacted Vietnam Immi via their WhatsApp before making any payments and they explained that the Vietnam visa office was not open over the weekend and therefore it was unnecessary to pay for the 2-hour emergency visa as there was no way I was getting a visa till after the weekend. I then used Vietnam-Immi’s services after the weekend and they talked me through the entire process and I had a visa in 4 hours. I used the visa they got for me to enter Vietnam and had no issues. Vietnam-Immi was really great with communication via WhatsApp.
