We ordered a 3 tier cake and booked photography from frilys boutique. The photographer Jack was brilliant through the whole day, and we can't wait to see the photos when they are ready.
The cake was everything we wanted, and more. We loved it, and so did our guests with only the top tier being left over for us to take home.
The price for both was great and part of the reason we booked both, and we were not disappointed. We will be recommending them to others in the future.

Your company has been nothing but helpful, even when we had to postpone nothing was to much trouble.
The cake you made went down a treat with our guests.
We also had matching hangers, glasses and gift bags which were all gorgeous. Such amazing value for money.

Excellent service absolutely loved our venue decor, cake and our photographer Elise was absolutely brilliant!! She captured every possible moment.
Our venue looked amazing and that’s down to Frilys, such an easy company to go with just everything from one supplier with no stress and good value too, we definitely recommend Frilys, even when we had to change our date due to the pandemic it was no hassle at all.

Communication is absolutely disgusting you cannot get InTouch and emails are never responded too this adds to stress,it states that you will receive a call to talk about your wedding you never receive this you just get random emails of times and dates this adds to stress, also they send a rubbish template for your place setting, cake, ectect for you to try and fathom out as it dosent work well and can only upload pictures from face book seriously need to get a better web designer and tech guy,
When my products arrived they was dirty and manky looking the blossom trees still had remnants from the last party attached to them,this isn't acceptable,the sweet cart was disgusting and dirty and barley had any sweets I had to buy more as it was embarrassing, they had no table decorations with them either my hotel ended up providing this little touch, they plonked the trees down and did not fan out the branches I had to do it it adds to the stress frilys you need to up your game it's shameful, them to top it off the guy who came was rude and short with my family member he needs a lesson in customer service it was like he couldn't be bothered. All these issues need to be addressed as you cause more stress than is needed by the sheer lack of care.

The photographer was lovely if not a little nervous but very nice and polite very professional.
I wouldn't recommend frilys for the packages maybe for the cake and photography that would be it really for the price you pay and the service , communication,and quality of products is dire to be honest
Do your research when choosing a package company read the reviews aswell

"Absolutely terrible company"
Absolutely terrible company. Hired them for wedding photography as well as a cake. First of all the photographer turned up over 90 minutes late so missed the bride getting ready and also missed the ceremony itself! Would have been nice if they had rang ahead to let us know they had not accounted for traffic in their travel time but no. No calls to let us know or to the hotel to let them know. The morning was spent repeatedly ringing the company, sending messages via Facebook and other social media sites all of which were ignored and the phone not being picked up making the bride completely distraught on the morning of her wedding not knowing if the cake or photographer was going to even bother turning up at all. The cake looked beautiful but as the chef at the hotel said it was the worst cake he had even seen as his time as a chef. Certain parts of the cake was overcooked or undercooked. The hotel was shocked. As a result of the distress and anxiety the company caused due to poor planning and abysmal communication skills the company did in fairness refund half the money (although not for the cake, they wanted us to return the sliced up cake before they would consider it which of course the hotel had binned after not much of it was understandably eaten by the guests). They also promised to prioritise the pictures to get them sooner than the 2-4 weeks they take on average. This is of course when they finally responded to the emails after being chased multiple times and ignoring our correspondence. Well we are now 4 weeks after the wedding, the pictures were clearly not prioritised which does not surprise me and we still do not have them. Another thing this company lied about. I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs.
