"In love with this store"

I love this store, starting for the quality of the clothes comparing to another brands, rasguard are amazing and pants as well. Fast shipping and customer service are really nice, they ask you before send parcel to check mensurations in first orders, give you often promo codes. Really amazing !

"Amazing products"

Amazing products. I bought a lot of products from them, rash guards for muay thai, bjj spats, mouthguard etc. and all the products are extremely valid.
I had some issues with the last purchase, because I ordered the wrong measure, but their customer support has been very good and fast in supporting me with the replacement. Very recommended.

"Buyer beware"

Buyer beware! Great gear, but worst customer service ever. Never call you back. Packages are supposed to be sent out in a few days -- but make sure you allow for 2 months minimum for an order and you'll need to follow up constantly to ensure they actually ship it. Even then, they sent my order to a different state to someone I did not know. Then XMartial rep (Stacy) said it was a carrier error on the tracking number. Nope, not true. Had my name on it, but wrong address. XMartial then sent a new package to FedEx December 23 and XMartial now tells me it will be another 7 business days or more to get the package. Family member that came for Christmas will be back in Miami then. They did offer to pay for my shipping costs to send the package on and initially wanted me to send a receipt for that. The gift will be weeks late and it took a half dozen calls to make XMartial admit their mistake. We still do not have the package-- so not resolved as yet.

I am happy that XMartial replied to my post 12/26 because it reassures me that my feedback is sorely needed. I am very, very disappointed that XMartial still prefers to blame the customer and are not looking at what improvements could be made to their service and delivery.

There are 29 other customers on Trustpilot who mention shipping as a negative for your company, most while praising your products. There are dozens of complaints about customer service. Please listen to your customer feedback and get help in your logistics and customer service!

XMartial refers to my 2023 "late" order. That order was made November 19, but was not received by Christmas. The fault for late delivery was definitely with XMartial and the paper trail of when XMartial actually mailed the package was much, much later than their posted time frames. At the time, XMartial agreed they were at fault and said they were having some difficulties with a system. Now XMartial states it is my fault for not ordering before November 19.

I decided to order again this year, hoping this was a one time error and really liking the products. I should have read Trustpilot! My order this year was December 3 and was received days before Christmas. So again, the problem was not with my "late" order as XMartial states. The problem was the package was addressed to me, but sent by XMartial to a random address in Texas (no one I know) where it was received before Christmas. I live in Florida. At first, XMartial blamed the carrier, but FedEx showed they delivered to the address XMartial provided. Xmartial provided a second package to FedEx on the evening of December 23, after my contact to let them know of their error and to ask for expedited shipping. XMartial chose to send the package, according to their rep, "standard" ground shipping and stated they were not able to send faster from their Canada location. FYI Canada to US per FedEx web, FedEx International Next Flight: Delivery within 24 hours,
FedEx International First or FedEx International Priority: 1-3 business days, FedEx International Economy: 2–5 business days, FedEx International Ground: 2–7 business days. I am not the only customer to complain about XMartial shipping to a wrong address.

Rather than blaming the customer when XMartial makes errors, I hope Xmartial will take an honest look at their customer service and logistics and make improvements. Call backs are important. Saying you will call a customer in a couple of hours with a solution or that you will have a manager call who might be able to approve express mail and then not following through just isn't good customer service, especially when the customer has valid complaints. Own the errors and make it right. Don't blame the carrier or the customer for your mistakes and don't force them to contact you again and again to try to get your service errors fixed. As of this morning 12/27, the package has not arrived, but I did get a partial refund from XMartial (exact cost of FedEx overnight per chart) to allow me to ship express mail overnight to my relative who owns a jiu jitsu gym.

Potential customers- I stand by my recommendation that customers should allow 2 months for any delivery from this company and that they should follow up to ensure correct delivery. Read the other reviews about XMartial shipping before you order. Check for a tracking number within a week and validate the address! Again, their products are very good. I had hoped their shipping and service would catch up to those high standards, but it appears feedback from dozens of customers is not yet enough.

XMartial- Your 12/26 reply to my post makes your company look even worse. Makes me sad.

"A one legitimately due to my buying experience"

I am rating them a one legitimately due to the time it took to receive the actual purchases. It came from Thailand and took a month for me to receive. I could have ordered shorts from basically anywhere else, any site and received the items in two weeks maybe three tops. Just don’t expect the items you ordered to be delivered quickly. Customer service takes a while to process to orders once received. From my experience it took 12 days for them to process my order. I won’t be ordering from them again unless I don’t mind waiting a month for the product. The quality of the shirts i ordered was good but again, not substantially better than anywhere else and this was all about how long it takes them to figure out how to process it and ship it..

"Horrible shipping"

Horrible shipping. I placed an order on December 7. Today, December 20th, I receive an email saying it has just gotten a tracking number and shipping label. They kept my cart open continually sending emails about more discounted stuff I could add in. I just wanted what I ordered and I wanted it by Christmas.

"Good product ruined by horrible shipping and customer service. "

I ordered an in stock rashguard and shorts for my husband on Nov. 30. They delayed the shipment once to see if I wanted to add anything else to my order. Then I received an email on Dec. 5 asking to confirm sizing. The shipment allegedly made it to their carrier on Dec. 7. It is now Dec. 18 and still no tracking number. I have reached out multiple times and the response is the same. “Don’t worry, you will get it”. The auto emails state shipping takes about a week. Now I am requesting a refund. There is zero reason for shipping to take this long. And the audacity of delaying shipping to see if I want to purchase more is ridiculous and bad customer service. Their gear may look cool, but what’s the point if you don’t receive it. Do not shop here.

So, after finally receiving the items and being refunded for them, I’ve decided to update the review. The rashguard and shorts themselves are very good quality and fit nicely. If the overall shipping experience was better, I would order from here again. However, considering the aggravation, being told to keep my fingers crossed, I doubt I would order from them again.

"Their fight-gear is top notch"

Their fight-gear is top notch. It's premium, but it's not priced premium. So, you can get a high-quality rashguard for cheaper than you can get at your local gym. The material is thick and strong and lining keeps it from sliding up when rolling. Also, the best anime designs you'll ever find.
