I placed an order (and am currently still working with customer service to resolve it), however, I never received it and someone signed for it. Yet, that person was not me or anyone in my household.
I'm trying to seek a replacement because I don't wish to have a subscription with a company when I cannot receive the products.

Update: 3/22/2024- Never received the sheets, however, did receive a refund. So can't say how they work, yet I have a friend that tried them and is happy
