I placed an order online Dec. 22, 2023 and sent a follow-up email on shipping status on Jan. 04, 2024. To date I have received no response to my follow up email, no shipping notification for my original order in Dec. I had heard such great things about this product and was really looking forward to try it. This situation has obviously increased my reluctance for this company/product.
