Unbelievable value, packaged well and quick delivery. We bought brass doorknobs to replace cheap handles in my son's Victorian cottage. We spotted these at a great price as we wanted 7 pairs. We were really surprised at the quality. Solid brass, really heavy and beautifully made. Very, very impressed! We will be returning to this site for some grills.

Had an issue with bathroom door handles that were ‘lockable’ (the sort where you turn the knob and this prevents the handle from moving down enough to open the door). Well, just writing to say this was sorted out very proficiently by Betley Butterfly who seem to be working in partnership with a number of companies eg B&Q.
They identified exactly what was wrong and sent out a replacement part. Thankyou!
