"Late partial delivery, cancelled order and zero communication"
Ordered 1 December 2019, partial delivery two weeks later, no response to emails, cannot get through on the telephone. After 17 days remainder of order cancelled as now out of stock - but was still being advertised on their website this morning. Appalling service as will not be able to get a replacement before Christmas

They don't even reply the webpage chat anymore. As one agent starts the chat and I write about my issue, they close it immediately.
It's the worst treat someone could expect from a online store. If you want to buy anything here just don't, it will save you lots of time.
PD: last week the chat still worked. The agents answering it said me twice that I would be contacted by the customer service manager in order to solve my problem. As could be expected, nothing.

Ordered 25th Nov, 2 weeks later still not received. No one answers the phone emails go unanswered. Have contacted Adrian mentioned in another review no reply. Status of order says "picking" so not even sent yet. Online chat function no longer operational. Is this company still trading???

I ordered a pair of hockey shoes for my daughter. My mistake sent them back for new size.Nearly a month later sent me 2 odd shoes.
Offered to send me new shoes if I sent the wrong ones back. What are they going to do with odd shoes?
Totally unhelpful. Daughter wearing trainers again for hockey.

I ordered a helmet online and hadn't received a dispatch note after a couple of days. I rang to find out if it had been dispatched as I was in a rush for it. The man I spoke to explained it had been ordered for me and it was due in the next day. He then forwarded it on a next day delivery as promised. Great service and would definitely use again.

"Misrepresentation"
If I am able to rate the company with a 0 rating, I would. I placed an order of hockey stick, hockey bags and ball over the website. The website indicated that the items were all in stock. 2 days after placing the order, I did not receive any dispatch notice and I tried calling the company. The shop assistant picked up after umpteen times of calling and said that he would check and get back to me. Since then I heard nothing. I tried calling (probably 50+ times by now) but either no one picked up or my phone was cut off. Finally, days later, I managed to speak to someone and was informed that the items were not in stock. I have since requested a refund of the payment taken and I have heard nothing. Despite the company has several shops around Leeds (apparently), the customer service has been appalling and the website is a complete misrepresentation of the items they are selling. Please avoid buying from this company as it is not worth the trouble.

Ignores emails, phone calls and chat. team wear order placed april still not here 5th july no response ever. asked for a refund on numerous occasions and nothing. now going to trading standards and credit card company.Will pull all my clubs team wear from them and make sure no club i know makes the same mistake.
