Had to order online although I do have an account. The online pricing and my pricing were the same so it was easier to purchase online than to deal with the customer service rep I initially emailed. Even when I am now paying tax online, it is a matter of principle and ease to order online instead. 2 stars only because the customer service experience was not satisfactory. Otherwise I would give this a 4 star rating.
