Great service provided by Housing Hand, when I had no where else to turn. Tom and Sue from the team worked as hard as they could to make sure all the documents were processed for my letting agent so that I could move in on time. Tight turnaround and they pulled it off - friendly all the way.

I telephoned Housing Hand in desperation when, at the last minute, our potential new tenants were having difficulties in obtaining a guarantor for the rent. We wanted this as added security as the couple had not rented before.
Sue Churchward at Housing Hand was extremely helpful and understanding and managed to turn around and confirm the tenants' 12 months guarantor application in 24 hours. She liaised with the tenants and agents and enabled the tenancy to go ahead as planned 2 days after the initial call from me.
I had not come across Housing Hand before, and while I hope it will not be necessary for them to step in as guarantors during this tenancy, it is v reassuring as a landlord to have that security in place.
I would not hesitate to recommend Helping Hand to other landlords or tenants needing to find a rent guarantor.
I will certainly use them again in the future if needed.
