Yassar is brilliant he arrived well ahead of the appointed time and was extremely polite & informative, he carried out a detailed survey of the property and talked me through my options. His approach is very professional, no hard sales tactics & completely honest.

I settled on top of the range Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 Life Combi with smart thermostat & 12 year warranty at a great price, much cheaper than other quotes.

Installer was also very good, arrived promptly and had the boiler up and running before 4PM.

Yassar called and asked a lot of questions and ran through what he thought he could do. He visited and then promptly called with his assessment. Sent me the quotes which were certainly competitive. Responded to questions and requests quickly and helped explain things. All within a few days. We fixed a day with the tenants and all went very smoothly. Minor gripe was sending the final bill saying due before the work begin but they apologised and said only pay once installed. Tenants are happy with a well functioning boiler, I’m happy with a competitive price and no hassles along the way. A 5 star rating deserved.
