All I was doing was getting the best quote for the new boiler as I have a old back boiler & further costs are involved around £1000, a lot of money they take.
So getting the best price & told him this after 10 mins into the appointment.

He became rude & very nasty in my home !! He said we don’t need business like this !! Slammed my door, I went out & I said there’s no need for that & put a finger up at me !!
Guess what this is the owner of the company !!
I’ve never been treated so unprofessionally for no reason !!
