"Confusing"

Made an order two weeks ago, still haven't received the delivery, I've sent emails asking about it but no emails have been responded too. I still haven't even had money taken from my account. wont shop here again.

"Horrible service"

We ordered our suits on a Monday night and paid extra for next day delivery. When we still hadn't received the order by Friday, the salesperson stated they didn't check their emails and didn't see the order until Thursday. To top itmoff, they were out of stock. We stated that they obviously would have seen the extra money we paid for next day air shipping. Why didn't they contact us so we could have gone to another company and received the suits?
No offer of a discount, less charge, partial refund...nothing.

I recently made my first online purchase from Metro Swim Shop. The site worked well, prices were great, and delivery was prompt. However, I now am receiving at least one email per day from Metro Swim Shop, and in some cases 2-3 emails. That is way too much. I want to continue to be periodically notified of important promotions, but not every day with a separate email for each offer.

If you improve your email marketing, I will use your shop in the future, but if I continue to receive so many emails I will stop using the site and will go back go Swim Outlet or another online shop.

Pleased with the price and quick delivery time. Hard-to-find Speedo swimsuits arrived in just a few days. Their Website is easy to navigate. I am going to check with Metro Swim Shop for my swimming needs in the future.

"Poor return service"

I bought some catch paddles and there was no sizing information. The sizes ranged from extra small to extra large. I am a small woman so ordered small. they were too small. I called so I could return them and they said to pack them up with the receipt and put ton the receipt exchange for a medium. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard a word about the exchange.

Great service and I love the Bathing Suit. However, I was one size off. I needed a 34 instead of the 32. If I have to pay for shipping and restock, I guess it does not make sense to return. Your advice. Otherwise, I love the suit. Thanks.
