Skills4Stem have been with me every step of the way towards becoming a full member of CIOB. The distant learning programme has been both rewarding and useful experience. And I would not hesitate to recommend them.

"MCIOB exam and professional review"

The booklets are very good.
The lectures could be more frequent with more information. It would be helpful if the slide show / information was available to take away with us to review after the session or if we cant attend the session. There wasn't a slide show for every lecture, but they were good when there was.
I'm sure the revision sections will be good but not had any yet.
To make is compulsory to hand questions in for marking would help to see if we are progressing in the right direction for the exam

There has been no experience.
There is no direct assistance in the Middle East and as such I feel I have waisted my money.
At first I requested a deferment as I was lead to beleve that a course would be set up here in the UAE and I would be able to attend classes once a week.
No update recieved.
A leson learned.

The course needs a little more structure and could be planned better. The tutor is good and knowledgeable but the classroom sessions needs more interaction in the form of exercises and homework and less reading from a coursework book, which can be done outside the classroom. The idea is a good one, it just doesn't work as well as it could.

Sarah is very knowledgeable and was really helpful in accommodating me a very short notice. She really understood the CIOB requirements for the PR and ultimately helped me achieve MCIOB.
