Terrible organisation from skills 4 stem. Tutors don't turn up repeatedly. Can't get through to anyone with any information. Course delayed by 3 months due to skills 4 stem shortcomings. Completed the course 4 months ago and still no certificate in site. This is nearly 2 years after I started a 1 year course. The director ben davidson promises to ring with updates but never does, will never be put on the phone and hides behind the customer services team.

Shambolic training provider. I would strongly advise all companies to avoid using skills4stem as a training provider. The level of service they provide is truely terrible. They fail to communicate with students and then when we had to withdrawn students they send us invoices demanding we pay them money. They are exploiting the Apprenticeship levy and invoicing companies and it needs to stop. A true ku shameful training provider

Mario Colapietro conducted my interview for my apprenticeship and was very helpful. He covered all of the information clearly and ensured that I understood each point. Tamima was also very helpful in getting my form over to me and was very friendly when I spoke with her on the phone.

Mohammad Haghi has been outstanding ever since he has taken over my cohort! He is direct, focused on the criteria and understanding of the students while teaching his lectures. In addition to this, I have reached out to him a couple of times regarding my assignments and have managed to get some good feedback to help me understand the context properly. If it wasn’t for some of the issues I have had with S4S, it would’ve been 5 stars.

My course tutor is excellent, goes the extra mile and responds to my queries promptly. I had a shaky start with S4S but in all honesty, they addressed my concerns in a very timely and friendly manner. Really great provider with the remote roll on and off programme fitting me perfectly.
