They ensured the information that was given to me and my settings/cohort on my account was set correctly. "Avoid using Skills4Stem at all costs"
Avoid using Skills4Stem at all costs. As an employer we advised them that an Apprentice no longer wanted to go ahead with his Apprenticeship. No formal training agreement existed as the Apprentice was never added to the company DAS account. They are now sending the company invoices for 4-5k stating that we need to pay 20% of the over all cost of the training. They are now also using a debt collection company to try to force us to pay these invoices. Shameful company - absolute disgrace that the Department of Education are allowing this company to continue to be an approved training provider.

"Not going very well"
First unit was delayed due to lack of tutor attendance, very little information learnt from skils very much teach yourself and try and get on with it. Tutor doesn't give very useful guidance. Now started second unit and tutor had internet issues so canceled again. I work shifts and have spent the last month swapping and changing to fit in with new dates ect. This course is not very flexible as first sold to me. Will update on here if there's any improvement but can see my company looking for a refund if its not sorted very soon. B

Emails not replied to, high staff turn over, rude individuals on the phone and when I got through to management had the phone put down on me.
