These poles are excellent. I have always been a keen walker, but following major surgery l found walking a struggle. The poles are a great help, not only propelling you along, but also helping with posture and taking some of the pressure off the legs. They also help strengthen the arms and upper body.
I can definitely recommend them.

"This is my second Leki"

This is my second Leki. I had to replace it because I squashed the old one when I slammed the car boot on it! I still use it (it’s over 10 years old) but it won’t now fold down small enough to go in my holiday luggage, hence the new one.

The new one seems every bit as good as the old one but is much easier and quicker to change the length.
