I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. First, they sent me nearly **3-year-old knee supporters** (manufactured in May 2022) that have likely lost their elasticity and durability due to prolonged storage. No reputable brand sells such outdated stock, as it directly affects product performance.

When I requested a replacement with a newer batch (preferably 2024 or late 2023), they ignored my concern. Instead, their refund process turned out to be completely **fake**. A Shiprocket representative arrived for pickup **without any prior return request from my side**. When I called customer support at **+91 7527013265**, they denied having any information about my refund and even claimed that **no one named Amanpreet** works in their team, despite previous communication.

To make matters worse, when I tried to escalate the issue and requested to speak with the grievance manager, **my call was abruptly disconnected.** This level of unprofessionalism and deception is unacceptable.

**I will not return the package until I receive the refund in my original payment method.** Given their shady process, I am filing a grievance with the **consumer court.**

⚠ **Do NOT trust their refund or replacement promises.** They sell old stock, mislead customers, and refuse to take responsibility!

I purchased their paternity pillow on 18 Feb, it for delivered to me on 22 Feb. The product is less than 2 weeks old and already their stitching is falling apart. When I raised a complaint, they told me this will not be covered under warranty as it is wear and tear. Now I'd have understood normal wear and tear in 6 months used but it's barely 2 weeks old and it is already falling apart. They should change their name from Dr Trust to untrust. Future buyers may stay away.
