"Great moving experience!"

We were very pleased with our moce. Upack staff were extremely easy to work with and flexible. They told us what we needed to do to pack to avoid any damage. Their customer service was great. We were short on time and it was great to have acess to our cube for the entire day. We just let them know when it was ready and locked. Definitely will use again and reccomend to any one moving long distance. Price was great.

From start to finish, my u-pack experience was excellent! The u-pack cubes right on time at my loading location, the movers came right on time and packed the cubes with perfection, the cubes were then picked up timely and I was able to track them throughout their entire travels. At my final destination I was easily able to reschedule my movers to unpack my cube and have the cubes picked up timely. I even liked the fact that when my cubes were being picked up one of the two men that came was being taught on how to load the cube onto the truck after it was finished being unpacked. That shows me that teaching new employees is part of the process. I love that! Also every person with whom I talked to along the way was very helpful and very cordial on the phone. I will definitely use u-pack the next time I move!

Even though there was a bit of miscommunication (or lack thereof) on the delivery end of my transaction, I really have no complaints at all because the job got done promptly and effeciently. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I would recommend U-Pack for anyone moving

From the drop-off and pick-up drivers to the phone rep everyone was customer focused. We ended up using the whole trailer and had no where to put the ramp/wall. They took care of it all and didn't make me go through any extra steps. Thanks very much for making that part of my move less stressful.

I recently moved from Texas to Virginia using upack containers, an every step of the way was as smooth as can be. Everyone we dealt with either in person or over the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. They truly make kit as easy for you as they can. One tip: unless you are moving a bunch of ridiculously heavy things like 10 refrigerators at a time, don't worry about the weight limit. You will not come close to it! It was certainly the most economical way to move and offered the greatest flexibility of space.
