I have had the most amazing experience in purchasing a PS5 from Games Direct. I emailed to ask about stock and got a reply within 10 mins. With limited stock of the PS5 they uploaded throughout the day. I called them a few minutes after their reply to my email, no automated service answered immediately and they helped me to navigate so I could purchase the PS5 and stayed on the line until my order was complete. Arrived within 48 hours (day following launch day). I emailed again asking about accessories and was replied to within 10 minutes absolutely brilliant customer service provided by very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

Rubbish service pre ordered the last of us 2 and still havent received it yet. It was suppose to be delivered on release day. They decided to use a cheap courier and not bother. Should have chosen simply games or the game collection, made a big mistake. Do not order from these guys.

Really reliable company, I order amiibo cards from them all the time. They sent me the wrong item once so I contacted them and their customer service was fantastic. They sent the correct item to me in a very timely manner and let me keep the other item free of charge.

Ordered PS4 Move controllers for my son on Tuesday, I was a bit anxious about using the site as none of the big retailers have had PS4 Move controllers in stock since before Christmas. I called the guys up and they assured me they had them. I was kept updated with order tracking, we also paid for express delivery and they arrived on time on Wednesday.
