"Super happy!"

I ordered a game with next day postage in the morning the other day. It didn't arrive when it was supposed to. I know things are really busy, but I also knew I needed it fast as I'm leaving in a couple of days and had to pack and couldn't wait for normal shipping. When I contacted them about it not arriving when it should have, they were incredibly kind and helpful and gave me a refund on my shipping which I am very grateful for. Based on the service I received I would both recommend and use their service again.

my parcel was accidentally damaged so they refunded the money into my account and I still have me the package and they were very helpful, understandings and patient. very happy with the speed and efficiency of getting my parcel to me.

Please never trust them there a 100% fraud company very disappointed and be extra careful they will not pay your refund . low class company they are they to cheat pay extra but don’t buy anything from them . They take advantage of eBay weaknesses

"NEVER RECEIVED Games Direct: Shipment # 100011314 for Order # 100012293"

Received an e-mail stating the item had been dispatched and was at Waterloo Post Office on 21st January 2020.

Nothing has been delivered and I have received no response when trying to contact Games Direct via their Contact Us Page or the e-mail address provided on their 'Thank You for Your Order' email.

Now when I try to log into my account (even by copying the e-mail address and password from the welcome e-mail received from Games Direct) my account appears to have been invalidated.

Consider myself as being had, lesson learned not to shop with them again.

Ordered 3 the same funkopops of batman the Joker. All three heavily damaged. Ur company are giving the box damage funko to people who order it in hope they do not return them or what?

Very bad experience, never seen before such a bad product from a company....

Games Direct's Service is Fantastic

I ordered the Splatoon Amiibo 3-pack from Games Direct, unfortunately upon arrival my item was significantly damaged, this, however, was due to shipping.

I issued my refund through Amazon and proceeded to contact Games Direct to let them know what happened. Their service is fantastic, they were understanding, quickly processed my refund and had a replacement sent to me that arrived the next day.

They are easy to communicate with and very quick to resolve any issues.

I would shop here again.

"Recommend"

I recently bought a PS4 from Games Direct LTD through eBay. It came fairly quick with all cables in great condition. I had been away a couple of times when I got the PS4 so I didn’t have time to set it up when I first got it. When I eventually did my controller would not charge & I tried everything to charge it but it just would not. I contacted the seller through e-mail explaining my situation how I had been away & only just set the console up. He replied straight away & told me to send it to an address & they will look at the controller to see if they could fix it free of charge. They fixed the controller & not only that sent a free charging cable back to me all for free. Now the controller works perfectly along with the cable. Would definitely recommend when buying something from them.

"We’d give no stars if it was an option... Appalling customer experience..."

We bought an Atari Flashback console from Games Direct through the GAME Marketplace (on GAME’s website) as a Christmas present at the end of October. The gift was opened on Christmas Day and was faulty due to there being no power when we switched it on. When we tried to return it for a refund, here’s exactly what this very helpful company responded with... “Hi there, We only have a 30 day return policy. You will need to contact the manufacture. Sorry we could not be of anymore help. Many thanks”
Avoid buying from Games Direct as if your item turns out to be faulty, you lose out after 30 days!
Fortunately in our case GAME (not Games Direct) stepped in and did the right thing (refunding us in full) so our advice would be to buy from GAME directly but make sure your purchase is sold and fulfilled by GAME and not Games Direct!

Brilliant price, brilliant service, Ordered 2 PS4 games, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Call of Duty Blacks ops 4, both games were a great price and got Free next day recorded delivery. I will definitely use Games Direct again!
