The listing was worded incorrectly during a Black Friday sale and we purchased a electric fireplace that was said to include the insert, but it did not. After contacting Belle Flame their solution was to offer me a 13% discount in the highly marked up insert, which was less of a discount than their ongoing sale. Customer service was responsive but ultimately we paid more for the fireplace through them than we would have purchasing the complete unit elsewhere. Buyer beware.
