The one complaint I have so far is the lack of communication. You really need to keep customers updated on the progress of their order. I ordered my merchandise on December 2, 2021. I know we are looking at 8-12 business days, but we are on day 9 and if I hadn't sent an email to check for myself I would know nothing. I purchased several items, and I will be very upset if they are not here for Christmas. I keep checking the Route app, and there is no status. If you keep customers updated it would be helpful.
