"Plant not as advertised"

Everything’s was great except the “large” jade plant I ordered was actually just a bunch of small ones. The picture showed a mature plant, with a thick stem and small leaves. What a received was about a dozen babies with large leaves, not suitable for bonsai. The plants were healthy and very well packaged, but it was a disappointment.

The succulents were in great condition, they arrived on time. Items were packed carefully, delicate succulents arrived undamaged. Doing this review 2 weeks after receipt, the plants have just been repotted at the time of this review.

The cacti I ordered arrived quickly and in good health. The 'surprise succulent' that came free with my order was a nice touch. My south facing windows make it hard to find plants that can handle that much direct light each day. So far the succulent and cacti are doing great

I wanted to add a birthday card and also ask you to wait two days to ship the gift out and every time I called I got an answering machine and when I wrote you an email after a day which was to late you had already sent it out.
