"Not good customer service"

I called to book a trip on 2-12. After them telling me the cost will go up $120. So they booked my trip, and I had to call numerous times to get a confirmation. I finally got a confirmation, but it didn't include the return flight.. Then I also got 2 erroneous charges of $47.47. They keep telling me I will receive a credit, but it's been 14 days, still no credit. I've supposedly spoken to the supervisor, but they keep telling me they can't handle it. The person who booked is never there. *** In conclusion, I still don't have my return flight or credit of $94.94***

Now it is April 9th and I still don't have my return flight or my refund.
