"Online bank that struggles with technology."
This online only bank has technology issues. Their app and website frequently break with a red "Unknown error". The breaking point with me is they only accept mobile deposit but their application is broken. I cannot get an official state government check into my account and customer service said "Too bad". I'm working on migrating all my business accounts from Bluevine ASAP and you should as well.

Bluevine has a clean and simple dashboard with smooth features. I am using it for the business checking account as well as paying sub-contractors via ACH. Also allows for multiple users within my organization to access the account and control permissions. Very useful. ALSO and probably MOST IMPORTANTLY, their chat support is fantastic. Gets back to me right away and answers all of my questions.

"International payments taking 1 month + to arrive"
I have a small design business based in the UK and have several US clients with payments generally arriving within a few days apart from those coming from Bluevine. The first payment last May (to my HSBC Business Bank account in the UK) from Bluevine eventually arrived after 1 month. We are currently awaiting a second payment which was setup by my client on 5th December and still not arrived (currently 5th January). In order to investigate my bank needs a UETR reference which we past on to my client in the US. Bluevine support could only provide my client with a "Transaction ID" which is of no use to my Bank here. Very frustrated for my client obviously who has made the payment and ourselves who have not yet received.
