I’ve been using them for about 6 months. Pros: like that I’m earning interest. Cons: You are misled into thinking you have a personal rep you can reach out to. Any deposits over $10k take up to 10 days to clear. When I reach out to customer service 8 times out of 10 they are not helpful in accurately directing me or solving the problem. They say they have auto pay but they don’t. The bill pay is pretty clunky when paying a bill for a new client. It’s surprisingly antiquated for a Silicon Valley Bank. I hope this gets better soon… cuz I’m shopping around for a better bank right now.

Or at least he was great w/ me, answered all my questions, made the system clear & useful, and just an overall great experience, is highly difficult to say about banks or banking for nearly last decade as banks have been generally awful, but not only is Bluevine a great banking option you have great employees clearly & they deserve to be acknowledged. Ty Frank excellent work & looking forward to long & prosperous relationship w/ Bluevine & my business acct.

Worst bank I ever worked with all they do is give canned responses when you call the serious issues like for example them holding 100% of the money for an account review so my entire checking account is frozen to to do a account review so that will take one to two days sir I've heard that every single day for 8 days straight now still holding all my money won't let me pay any bills won't let me use any of my money nothing worse thanks ever do not recommend
