Julia was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive in walking me through all the features Bluevine has to offer. She introduced me to several trial features that I plan to utilize in the future. One of my biggest concerns with online banking is the lack of in-person customer service—but Julia’s role completely eased that worry. She consistently followed through on her promises, even giving me advance notice before each trial ended so I could decide whether to continue or cancel. She absolutely earned the five-star rating.

"Customer Support Needs Work"

The dashboard and ease of banking is nice (reason for 2 stars instead of one). I'm not one to write bad reviews, but Bluevine support was one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever encountered. The issue was due to returned transactions from my vendors regardless of funds being available and then I was charged with NSF fees. The first specialist pretended to lose connection with me to avoid fixing the issue they caused. Then the second specialist told me the transactions never came to Bluevine (vendors' faults) but that I had the funds available. Then once I had proof of trace numbers, they circled back and said the funds weren't available (they were). I just hope no one else has to deal with their customer support.
