"I ordered free checks for my business"

I ordered free checks for my business. The checks were not delivered to me and I have no clue where USPS delivered as they marked it as left on porch/front door. There is no porch. Thankfully whoever got them returned them back the USPS. Bluevine however replied to me stating if I wanted checks now I'd have to pay for them. I didn't cause the first set to get misdelivered/mishandled in some way. I don't work for USPS and my address is valid. I'm done with these clowns and will not be paying for something that was supposed to be free. I will however be filing a complaint. They advertised the first set as free, never received them and are now saying if I want checks I have to pay. Seems illegal.

Owen gave me a call from BlueVine and was very helpful with the online site. He gave me a step by step how to guide instructions on how to do several things in the website.For example link the accounts, access and grant permissions to a future account and more.
