Their Bluevine Benefits and Onboarding Specialist, Branden, reached out to me and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He answered all my questions with great clarity and provided valuable insights about their services.

"Very Poor Customer Service"

December 12, 2023 Nature of Complaint: Unauthorized charges totaling approximately $3,827. Failure to resolve disputes adequately on my debit card. Would not provide me with the investiagtion report. Poor customer service and lack of communication. Lack of transparency and responsiveness. These specific outstanding charges include: $1,307.30 $23.00 $195.00 $1,647.51 I filed disputes with Bluevine for these charges. However, several of my disputes were denied without sufficient explanation3 months have gone by and I have nothing from Bluevine. I filed a complaint with CFPB and they are not regulated with CFPB. I saw bluevine tried to take down this review saying it was fake. I am attaching an email from them and to them. It has been since December. I have 6 emails like this but nothing has been done. The FTC now has a complaint. AS of March 8 not one call or my refunds. Only 195.00 refunded from this same merchant that took this amount and much more.

On March 9th my dispute for this case number I called Bluevine customer service on 3/11/25 at 9:AM Got Ugo on the phone. He was rude and not helpful and once again lied to me. Told me to contact disput department again that the case can not be reopen and I am not getting the 1,307.30 credited back to my account. 100869937 for over $1307 was denied again. I requested an investigation report and was not given it to me.The refund for 195.00 was refunded but not the main ticket.
They are telling me that the ticket was non refundable which it was.

3/11/25 I was on a call for a total of 55 minutes regarding the recent denied refund case number 100869937 with Bluevine customer service. Agent named Ugo. I am requesting for the fifth time the investigation reports for all the disputes and especially this one case number that you have denied. In the email you stated you saw a receipt with my signature. This is crucial for me to see. I did not sign any receipts with this company that has overcharged my card with fraudulently charges. It is also crucial because the 195.00 that you recently refunded was part of the 1,307 airline ticket this company charged. both of these charges were together. I would like to know how you were able to refund the pet fee charged for 195.00 but not the actual ticket? It was done within 24 hours which is the law.Bluevine and community bank are violating my rights as a consumer and not providing the report. I will have to file a demand letter. I will need the correct department to send this demand letter to before I file a lawsuit. In my previous email I still have outstanding charges from this company that I have disputed since December. I requested an address to send legal documents to send a demand letter and he stated they did not have one. I am going to send it to the registered address on file. That is the legal way to do it and attention it to the CEO of the company and also with Community Bank since they are the debit card issuer. I did call again and got Sobi on the phone to check the reason why they denied the refund for 1307.30 but refunded the 195.00 and he said he agreed it does not make sense but he can not do anything and I need to contact the dispute department again by email because they do not have a way to get a live agent on the phone in the dispute department. On 3/12 Bluevine posted in their response that they reached out to me nobody ever reached out to me they lied. I did a video call today with pissed consumer which will be posted on YouTube about this. Also Better Business Bureau they can supply Better Business Bureau Bureau with their investigation reports that they refuse to give.
