Getting the account open was very easy and very FAST, which was a welcome change in the area of opening business checking accounts. But the best part of the process was my Account Executive, Victoria Chen. I had a "onboarding" call with her the next day to go over the account and the features, etc. Victoria was super helpful, super friendly, and she really knows her stuff. She walked me through each step of setting up the particular account features I need for my business and she knew the entire platform inside and out, answering every one of my questions. And ongoing, she's available and responsive, replying to one-off emails and questions here and there as we start using the account more frequently. Highly recommend Bluevine AND Victoria :)

"Worst Bank for business "

This is the worst banking app for business I've ever found !! I can't even deposit cash into the account. They have me running all over the place telling me Allpoint ATMs accept cash deposits , I've been to 20 of them in my area not one accepts cash deposits. Then they tell me to buy Greendot cards and deposit that way ? So I now have to buy $5 cards to deposit cash ? And anything over like $300 requires me to by multiple cards ? Any review here saying they are great is a fake review ! No way any business should ever use Bluevine for anything. Worst bank ever and their customer service is even worse !

Update they claim below their team reached out to us to help us they did no such thing All they did was send me a link to all the Allpoint ATMs I tried every single one and not one allows cash deposit That's the only help they gave me otherwise they don't want to be bothered with me at all This is the worst bank ever do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company they are god-awful

So far my experience with customer service has been good on the technical side. The representative Dana has been more than helpful and gave me the confidence in banking with them business wise. Will update review in a few months if needed
