A completely different review should go to Sue 💓💓 what an absolute legend. She's the only one besides myself who my cats leave the comfort of their hiding premises to go say hi when the door opens.

She is careful, caring, and open in communication (even when she has to bring up the consequences of my cats' mischiefs). She totally gets the uniqueness of each cat and meets them where they are. In addition to this, I come back to a spotless home every single time.

I trust Sue and I trust Toto's blindly and it's the first time I feel I can leave my house for a couple of days without feeling worried all the time, confident that both my cat-kids and home are in the safest hands.

Wow, I happened upon this service, whilst searching Google for help with my cats. I did not want to traumatise them with going to a cattery. Toto cats responded immediately and I found out I was very lucky as they had only just branched out into our area 2 weeks prior.they came and did a house visit to see my routine and meet the cats. The website is very good and asks everything they would need to know. On their advise I purchased timer cat feeding bowls and cat carriers in case of a vet emergency. So everything in place, I booked 2 days away with one visit each morning , to feed and change litter tray. Everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend Toto Cats, I felt very safe using this service and its extremely cost effective, and most importantly the cats get to stay in their home with minimal disruption. "Excellent Service"

This was the first time we used Toto Cat Feeding and Cat Sitting service. They were brilliant! It was great to meet the sitter beforehand, we felt very reassured that our boys were going to be in good hands. The daily photos from the stay and play sessions were excellent. We came home to two happy cats. We'd highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We have used Toto Cat Feeding for a number of years and they have always been fantastic, however on this last break one of our cats decided to run away and was missing for over a week - a 2 day disappearing act is not uncommon but this was a very worrying time due to the amount of time missing. Mark & Simon were superb at both handling the practicalities but keeping us updated in a sensitive way, mindful of time differences etc. They called round all the vets, leaflet dropped the neighbours, spent time searching the garden and house and also contacted Lost Pets Brighton. The kindness and professionalism shown was another level - we would never use another company now.
Toto always check in on day 1 and the last day with reports, and can do a daily report for an extra fee, so we always have peace of mind.
