I had my first visit from Toto over the last 5 days while I was away. Finally, a cat sitting service that's easy and convenient! Love the software they use for booking and amending visits. The minute our cat sitter walked in, my cats were fascinated by him and ran up to say hello. Thoroughly recommended!

Simon is the only person I have trusted to look after my cat since moving to Brighton three years ago. He goes above and beyond every time I go away; this time involved clearing up cat sick, reassuring me when my cat didn't show up (we assume due to the heat) and sending additional photos when he did so that I stopped worrying and was able to continue enjoying my time away knowing my cat was being looked after by someone who genuinely cares. He even watered plants when the fur ball didn't show up for his play session! Thank you again Simon.

Simon and his Toto team have looked after our cats for many years. They offer consistently excellent care, meticulous attention to detail, and always show a willingness to go the extra mile. They know what the cats (and owners) appreciate for reassurance! Our cats have always been relaxed and chilled on our return, which we love.
As our cats have become older their increasing needs have been readily accommodated, including medication.
I cannot praise Toto highly enough, and happily recommend them.
