I recently bought a pre-order ringsling but had missed that it was pre-order so reached out as I thought it was delayed in being dispatched. I had a very quick reply from Paris who was extremely helpful and explained when it would arrive once they'd been able to place the order with the supplier. I was very impressed with the communication with Paris and support in getting the sling to me in time for an event I wanted it for. The sling is perfect and just what I wanted.
