"Poor delivery and service"

Purchased my item over a week ago and it was not dispatched until two days ago. I phoned customer service to be told it would arrive 1st class on that day. Another two days later I am still waiting. Poor service and poor delivery. Will not be ordering again!

Bought a Hilfiger reporter bag on march 30th 2018. Arrived on the 3rd April 2018 Even though I paid for 1-2 Day delivery! When I rang them a nice lady said sorry but it was because they where closed for five days over the Easter break! When the bag arrived the size advertised was 38x28x10 The actual size is 21x18x6. More than a little disappointed. But as I have to pay to send it back Ive decided to send it to my four year old grandson for a birthday present!

"Appalling service"

I purchased a pair of Hugo Boss swim shorts from the starfish collection which are described on their website as Navy with Turquoise contrast,but in reality they are colour Teal. UnderU.com refunded me just the cost of the item.They refused to refund me the cost of the postage expenses as well.
That is against the Trading Standards policy as they are misleading the customers and by refusing to pay the total cost of the transaction they are breaching their statutory rights as well.
I`ll be taking this matter further to the Trading Standards.

I have ordered lots of boxers from the site and have now started to order some t shirts. Every time the user experierence has been fantastic, with emails answered staright away, goods delivered quickly and the occassional return dealt with promptly and efficiently.
A great online store and much better stock than those high street stores
