Prices are shown without taxes, so it seems like a good price, however they charge customs fees when purchased outside the UK, which makes it more expensive in the end. When making the purchase, it does not show that the tax is zero. Customer service responds quickly, but the price is misleading.

Thank you for the feedback. As I said at the beginning, the customer service response was very quick. The sneakers, including customs fees, cost €35 more than when I bought them in Portugal. I thought about returning them, but the shipping costs would not be refunded, which would have increased the cost even more. So, I would like to thank customer service once again for the quick response, but I was at a loss for the purchase, €35 less than the price in Portugal, even using the 15% discount. I would like to remind you that the 15% discount was not offered by the sellers directly; I looked online and found the code on a website.
