THE DELAY IN RECEIVING THE G0ODS WAS DOWN TO ROYAL MAIL, NOT UNDERU, WHO DISPATCHED THE PRODUCTS SWIFTLY. I HAVE BEEN OFFERED A £10 GOODWILL GESTURE TO COVER THE ADDITIONAL POSTAGE I INCURRED WHICH I APPRECIATE. I REALLY DIDN'T EXPECT THAT!
