Placed order over 2 weeks ago and going by website order still has not been dispatched.Emailed but no reply yet. Received seperate email in french asking for rating on Trustpilot.Would be nice if someone could update please.
Still no sign of my order and still no reply to my emails.Very quick to reply to negative reviews on Trustpilot but clearly cannot be bothered to reply to emails to their site. Woeful non existent customer service. Thankfully i was able to claim my payment back as i paid through Paypal.

I ordered my product on 12 June. It’s now 17 july and despite having tried on multiple occasions to find out what is happening, I have received no reply whatsoever. The customer service is non-existent. Very disappointing as my daughter was looking forward to receiving the clothes
