Web site shopping experience and navigation needs overall improvement. Most importantly, I bought 2 pieces a while ago and I don’t have a clue about where they are nor I am able to find the tracking. And I don’t receive any update.

Excellent service, quick delivery.
Unfortunately item I ordered is too tight. Not all of us are fit as pros.
I always forget Italian and French tennis clothing should be ordered one or even two sizes up.
And size chart would help.
Size L on a 190 cm model is a bit confusing

The only shipment alternative was limited and expensive. In addition to sales price of the tennis shorts I had to pay extra vat and customs clearence for aprox 50 €.
The shorts item became too costly.
As a serious company you should informed about these extra costs. I would not purchase your items if I knew this.

"Good Service, but still some growing pains"

First had a problem at Checkout where i couldnt choose standard shipping and was not willing to pay over 20€ for Express Delivery to Germany. Also it was difficult to get in contact via Website, so I tried my luck via Instagram Channel. Luckily I did, since they checked it and after it was clear that for whatever reason they can only send via express, they gave me a promo code which made up the additional shipping costs. Without this I would have cancelled my order. So good service when you find it. Clothes also fit and look nice. Looking forward to wearing IT on court!
