"Difficulty Ordering. Caught in Bot message loop."
We look forward to receiving and enjoying the items we ordered. It was the shopping experience that proved to be challenging. When processing our order, we kept getting a "bot" message over and over, requiring us to press and hold over and over. We decided to see how long this would occur and we decided to give up and try again the next day after going through over an hour of "bot" message. If you experience the same "bot" message and it starts to cycle over and over, we recommend leaving it alone and come back to it the next day as the order finally processed after coming back to it the next day.
