All staff were very friendly and it was a good open environment. A staff member called David helped me through choosing options and it was easy to find what I needed with recommendations from him. So there was amazing service and it was very welcoming. I would totally recommend.

"Longtime customer of Arc’teryx"
I am a longtime customer of Arc’teryx and if I could rate in the negatives I surely would here. I bought their gear in the 2000’s and was amazed and happy with it. They were by far the most expensive I had ever owned but they were bullet proof. One of the things I always liked and valued about the company was their lifetime warranty. I felt very comforted knowing they stood behind their products without reservation. I found out this year that that is gone. I have a an older pair of their bibs. They have been outstanding. They were well over $1,200 when I bought them, but Arc’teryx always stood behind their gear. They are older now and the waterproofing was much diminished. I contacted them and talked about the problem. They had me take many pictures and evaluated from afar. They added many things to the list. They gave me a file number and led me to believe they would take care of all the smaller issues they said were wrong with my bibs as well as the waterproofing. They had me drop the bibs off with the understanding they would look them over in person and fix them up as best they could. I was really only hoping they would redo the waterproofing (via a spray membrane they had been known to use in the past). Then they seemed to have a change of heart. They came back and said there were to many problems to fix and offered me a $130 dollar credit. What do you do with a $130 at an Arc’teryx store? I really only thought they would do the spray and tell me that was all they could do. I would have been one hundred percent satisfied. These bibs served me well for so long and I thought I could get one more run from them. Some lifetime warranty, they wouldn’t even try. I told them I did not want their offer. They replied that was as good as it would get. In the end I told them to just send them back to me and I would try my own DIY fix.
Whatever they once were is now gone. When I dropped off my bibs, I saw the gear they sell now and I would not buy it, even if it was priced at its true value. They don’t make tough gear anymore, they make fashion gear for the “Really Expensive Store”. They do not warranty their new gear and apparently they no longer stand behind their traditional gear. I was so disappointed I have vowed to spread the word. They suck!

"The absolute worst customer experience"
The absolute worst customer experience. Jacket is less than 3 months old and the zip is faulty, which they admit. They want to repair it, rather than replace it.
1st problem - they tried to force a different colour zip on me
2nd problem - saying up to 6 weeks to repair from now
This has already been going on for 3-4 weeks.
Supposed to be a premium product but both quality & experience tell otherwise.

"Appaling Warranty handling"
As many others mention, the warranty support in Europe is basically a scam. They clearly do not give a single f*** about anybody. Wish I could vouch for it as a Canadian living abroad but there is no excuse. Arcteryx is ultimately responsible for these clowns they hire to take care of their warranty claims abroad and all they do is tarnish the brand.

"Damaged box "
Ordered the thinnest jacket on Earth for €280 from the official Arc’teryx store, and gets delivere in a damaged box with the jacket wrapped in a plastic bag. No booklet or thank you card, nothing . No thought whatsoever given to the brand experience. I expected more from Arc’teryx.

"Worst item of outdoor clothing I have ever purchased. "
Terrible quality outdoor clothing. I purchased an Atom jacket which I paid £260 for, I expected top quality. What I received was a jacket that resulted in the top of the sleeve becoming frayed and material splitting after being worn on a handful of occasions. Arcteryx offered me a 40% off voucher as a gesture of goodwill. What would i want to buy another Arcteryx item of clothing when the first one was such utterly poor quality. I have numerous top end outdoor clothing some of which I have had for several years from other manufacturers which have had no issues.
Do NOT buy Arcteryx clothing the quality is poor, customer services are awful.
The reviews on here reflect my experience.

"Love the brand, but..."
Love the brand, but their returns policy leaves things to be wished for. Bought a new full price jacket for £350 and discovered the logo started coming off after 14 days [!]. Called store and emailed them only to be told "We will send back to the factory in scotland which will take 6 weeks". Gave me bad taste. Never had a problem before with their gear. If you want to maintain your prices, please also offer a premium service
*update. Placed the same review on the arcteryx website, but it didnt "meet their standards* which means they dont like criticism

"Great repair service"
I have a Sabre jacket which might be 15 years old. The main zip stopped working and I sent it to Arc'Teryx for repair. They communicated with me throughout the process and whilst it is a simple repair it arrived back and will now hopefully be good for a few more skiing seasons. I am very happy they have completed the repair for me and all for the price of sending a package to Scotland.

Wir haben mehrere Jacken bestellt zum ausprobieren.Alle Preise waren in Sfr angegeben. Aber da die Firma Arcterix in Kanada ist, wurden von meiner Kreditkarte 1,5 % abgebucht. Diesen Betrag erstatte natürlich niemand. Auf der Homepage sollte daraf hingewisen werden!!! Ich bin richtig sauer.
