"My son has a jacket and has had several…"

My son has a jacket and has had several issues. The jacket kept going white in one part and recently the zip snapped. They took several months to post out a zip which they advised was easy to do bot it involved cutting the top tooth off with wire cutters! I took it to a specialist repair place and they said it would ruin the look of it or damage it. Company said I can send back for repair but this has been months now and could take several more months. A £350 jacket that hasn’t been able to be worn in the winter months when needed because of the poor customer service. The man in the repair shop said he goes lots of Arctyrex items in for repair. Would never purchase again.

"Expérience désastreuse"

Expérience désastreuse.
Produit commandé sur leur site le 10 janvier, annoncé en stock.
Une semaine plus tard, n’ayant aucune nouvelle, je contacte le SAV qui me demande de patienter.
La commande sera finalement annulée après 2 semaines, sans explication, sans la moindre compensation alors que l’encaissement de la commande avait évidemment été fait et qu’à ce jour je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé.
Une entreprise qui se revendique haut de gamme mais dont l’organisation relève de l’amateurisme.

"They no longer stand behind their…"

They no longer stand behind their products. A $1000 jacket that was a few years old had the pocket rip incredibly easy. They offered me $170 credit to keep my old jacket. What a rip off.

"Nunca recibí mi pedido"

Nunca recibí mi pedido, y ahora mi viaje de esqui tuvo que ser reprogramado. He hablado con atencion al cliente varias veces y no me han ayudado en nada. Dicen que se van a poner en contacto con la empresa de envios y luego no se sabe nada de ellos. Llegaron hasta ofrecerme un codigo de descuento que ni siquiera lo puedo usar para comprar el abrigo que pedí porque lo compre a traves de la web del outlet. No tengo mi pedido, pero Arcteryx si tiene mas de 1000€ de mi dinero. Se burlan en mi cara y se quedan con el dinero. No compréis nunca en Arcteryx.

"DÅRLIG SERVICE, ingen kundeservice eller modtaget produkt"

Jeg har bestilt en Arc’teryx rygsæk for over en uge siden, og jeg skal på ski i overmorgen. Der stod 4 dages levering på deres hjemmeside.

Jeg har ikke modtaget nogen information, pakken står værende “undervejs” og har været det i fem dage. Jeg får ikke svar, når jeg henvender mig til Arcteryx og det er ikke muligt at ringe til dem heller.

Jeg er så skuffet over den oplevelse jeg har haft ved at købe Arcteryx. I forhold til deres pris havde jeg virkelig forventet en god kundeservice - de har trukket pengene på mit kort, men ikke leveret varen og det er umuligt at få fat i dem. Servicen har været så dårlig, at jeg har været i tvivl om det har været et snyde firma - men rygsækken er købt over deres rigtige hjemmeside!

"Never ordering again"

Worst customer service ever.

I made quite a large order with multiple jackets totaling £1000+ before Christmas, and ordering with expedited shipping, for arrival Dec 17th.

The package went missing with UPS -which I realise is not Arcteryx’s fault - however, they have not made any effort to remedy this beyond vague emails asking for patience while they investigate. There is zero appreciation for the fact I have spent a large amount of money and they have not delivered the goods.

Having waited almost a month, I will now be instituting a charge back with my credit card company given this fradulent activity by Arcteryx and making a claim with the trading standards authority.

"Terrible service "

Ordered a fleece for my husband for Christmas on 11th December. Went missing at ups warehouse on 16th. Been chasing ever since no fleece no refund. Absolutely dreadful do not order on line.
