"Impossible trovare e comperare le loro scarpe"

E' un marchio che produce indumenti di qualità ma sicuramente, come sta succedendo ad altri brand, si concentra più sul lifestyle rispetto all'abbigliamento tecnico sportivo. I prodotti vanno a ruba oppure sono difficili da reperire (quasi impossibile). Persone come me che cercano delle scarpe trail per utilizzarle sui sentieri non riescono assolutamente a trovarle... Difficilmente continueranno con prodotti tecnici per il Trail running.

"PIRE SAV DU MONDE!"

PIRE SAV DU MONDE!
J’ai commandé une veste isolante à 650e pour mon fils à Noël le 29/11/24. On m’a livré un carton vide. J’ai signalé au SAV. Après une « enquête » de plusieurs semaines, ils ne me proposent qu’une solution : le remplacement du même produit. En soi, pourquoi pas sauf qu’il est en rupture de stock et qu’ils refusent toute alternative malgré plusieurs échanges de mails. C’est scandaleux!

" Nähte von Arc'teryx lösen…"

Bei meiner Jacke von Arc'teryx lösen sich die Verklebungen an den Nähten, obwohl die Jacke selten getragen wurde und im Vergleich zu meinen anderen Jacken von anderen Marken deutlich jünger ist. Mit der Qualität bin ich daher nicht zufrieden.

"So bummed.... "

So I've been wanting an Arcteryx jacket for years now. I'm outside in SE Alaska in the rain and snow everyday. Well I finally bit the bullet and I grabbed the beta AR and an Atom jacket. I got them both in medium according to arcteryx website sizing chart. They arrived in 3 days! Super fast! I was so excited as I opened the package. First, I tried on the Atom jacket. I put it on and went to look at myself in the mirror. I looked like I was wearing my sister's jacket! This thing was tiny! The color was nice but holy cow was it small. The zipper felt labored and the quality was just not there. I mean, there's like this elastic stuff around the cuffs that's super thin and would wear out just from putting your hand in and out of the jacket in no time. For $300 I would expect a much better jacket. I put it back in the box and pulled out the beta AR. This was what I was excited for, anyway. I put it on and noticed right away It was really tight in the armpits. Then I put my arms down to my side and the sleeves were so long that you couldn't even see my fingers poking out. It swallowed my entire hand. Does Arc'teryx think that everyone's arms grew 6 inches all of a sudden? Why are the sleeves SO LONG?? There's no way I would be able to wear another layer underneath that shell with how tight It is in the armpits. And then the length of the arms??? Like what's happening? Who has arms that long? And then the quality... As soon as I pulled it out of the plastic I could tell that it was extremely thin. These things used to be bomb proof and I just paid $600 for this thing? It could easily get a hole in it just walking through some brush. Plus the hoods on both jackets are designed for helmets which I won't be wearing when I'm walking around in the forest. They're huge. Why no options for a regular hood? Not everyone is going to be wearing a helmet for their activities. Everything's going back. I couldn't be more disappointed with this purchase, the quality and the fit of Arc'teryx. So bummed.

"I have a beta ar"

I have owned Beta AR jackets since the early 2000, and they have all had significant delaminating issues with the gortex. Arcteyx used to let me replace them, no extra cost, and no questions asked. This is why I invested so much money to purchase their product. Now, my Beta AR is delaminated again, and they offered me a 20% gift card to replace it. I shared my disappointment with this and how it is likely going to impact my commitment to the brand going forward, and they increased it to 30%. Woo hoo! This coat was very lightly used because I suspected it would likely delaminated and I wanted to stretch out my time with it. I am very disappointed in Arcteyx and can no longer recommend them. I understand they have different ownership since 2018. I'd recommend go with Patagonia or other if you value quality, longevity, sustainability and great warranty support

"Have a Beta AR hardshell"

Have a Beta AR hardshell. After 5 years of use it became completely delaminated. When i reached out to inquire about their warrantee. Was told it had excessive use. I have other gear for more than 5 years that i rotate. The beta is the only one that is starting to disintegrate They refused my claim. Last time i purchase your product .

"Arc’teryx could learn from RAB"

I have two jackets, one RAB and one Arc’teryx that both have small holes no bigger than 1cm on the backs.

Experience with RAB: Simply visit the website, specify the item, purchase the type of repair needed (cheap too!), they ship the label, you ship the item.

Experience with Arc’teryx: you have to contact the customer support team to request a repair by filling out a form and attaching photos. Wait for a response. Once response has been received, send further information that you have already submitted before (very annoying). They then respond saying whether they can or can’t fix it….in my case, they weren’t sure so now I have to send it to Scotland for them to decide. I haven’t bothered taking this any further as I will fix it myself instead. I don’t understand why this was such a painful process. I also read the fine print and they mention they won’t fix items older than two years?….for premium products I found it ironic that the brand has little confidence in their own products’ lifespan! I know things don’t last forever…but two years!?

As a side note to other reviews: I have read comments below about how Arc’teryx has not refunded items that have been lost in shipping. The company will claim the money back for lost items through their insurance, so they must pay you guys out otherwise they’re gaining massively there!

"un despropósito tras otro"

Hice un pedido el 10 de diciembre para recibirlo para navidad y nunca llegó. Después de varias reclamaciones, me confirmaron que no había recibido el paquete y me volvieron a pedir los datos de envío. 15 días más tarde volví a reclamar. Mientras iba recibiendo emails diciendo que si no contactaba con ellos, cerrarían el asunto. Cansada pedí hablar con algún responsable y a los 5 minutos me mandaron un email con la etiqueta que debía adjuntar para efectuar el cambio. Por fin 1 mes y medio más tarde recibí el reembolso. La marca es buena, pero si no podéis comprar en la tienda física yo no me arriesgaría. De hecho, han perdido un cliente

"Jeg har en Arcteryx Zeta AR Jacket købt…"

Jeg har en Arcteryx Zeta AR Jacket købt hos friluftsland, pris var ca. 4800. Efter 3,5 år gik lynlåsen i stykker. Friluftsland sendte den til deres leverandør der afviste reklamationen. Jeg var nedslået og nu noget tid efter ville jeg vaske den så jeg kunne få lynlåsen lavet for egen regning, og jeg ser nu at limminger er gået op flere steder. Kvaliteten lever ikke op til forventningerne og er ikke i sync. med prisen. Det er et modeprodukt og det er det den høje pris afspejler, desværre ikke kvaliteten.
