Was initially dubious about using UTEC as I had not heard of them before. So I did some research and found nothing negative. The price and service have both been excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We ordered an Iron. 2 days later received an email from Paypal saying a refund had been processed for the iron.
No explanation email received from Utek. Rang & spoke to someone who was passing my details to the correct dept & I was told they would contact me. Did not receive the Iron or any further correspondance what so ever, by phone or email. So I am none the wiser as to why we were just refunded!
I don't think it is very good service just to ignore the customer, & I won't be shopping with them again.
